Information Technology Infrastructure Library® (ITIL) v3. Preparation Demo Course In October, MiJoi will offer their first ITIL® v3. Preparation Demo Course which provides the following:

  • Overview of the basics and understanding of the benefits of ITIL®
  • Steps to achieving the ITIL® v3. Foundation certification; 
  • Service management and IT service delivery; 
  • Plan for incorporating continual improvement; and 
  • Plan for preparing for the individual certification in ITIL® v3. 

This class introduces concepts and terms while conveying the importance of ITIL®. The instructor defines key concepts such as services, processes, and functions in a format that is easy to understand and apply. ITIL® v3. Foundation Certification
This exciting and dynamic course provides an introduction to the lifecycle of managing IT services to deliver to business expectations. Using an engaging case study, you'll learn the core disciplines of ITIL® best practices. Upon completing this course, you'll be well positioned to successfully complete the associated ITIL® exam required for entry into the future ITIL intermediate-level training courses.
